Refund policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Delays in notification or returns could lead to the rejection of the return request.

Only items with manufacturing defects at the time of receiving the product are eligible for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns or replacements are not possible for reasons like "Change in colour" or "Disliking the Product" after arrival. We have posted clear images and detailed website descriptions on our website which gives the exact idea about the quality and features of the products. Please make sure you go through all the details and choose carefully before placing the order. Any customers trying to scam us by purposely damaging the product within the 2 period window to avail the replacement will be blacklisted and can never place an order with us again. Our team thoroughly checks the products and keeps an eye on each conversation so if they find scenarios of customers being dishonest they have the right to deny any further help or services. Our policies are for the betterment of our genuine and loyal customers and to help them with real issues. We do not entertain Scams.

 

COD Convenience Fee Policy

 

  • What is the Convenience Fee?

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we charge a non-refundable convenience fee of ₹200 as an advance payment at the time of order placement. This fee covers the operational costs associated with processing COD orders, including additional charges levied by courier partners for handling cash collection, reverse logistics risks, and parcel management. It ensures seamless service for customers who prefer COD while helping us maintain affordable pricing for all orders.

 

  • Non-Refundable After Dispatch

Once your COD order parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse (confirmed via dispatch notification or tracking update), the ₹200 convenience fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cases of order cancellation, return, refusal at delivery, or non-delivery due to incorrect address/incomplete information. The fee compensates for the irreversible costs already incurred with courier partners upon dispatch, such as booking, transportation, and COD-specific handling fees, which cannot be recovered. Refunds for the product value (if eligible under our general return policy) will be processed separately, excluding this fee.

 

  • No Modifications or Exceptions

This policy is final and non-negotiable. No modifications, waivers, or exceptions will be granted before or after placing a COD order. By selecting COD and completing payment of the ₹200 advance, you explicitly agree to these terms. We recommend reviewing this policy and opting for prepaid orders to avoid the convenience fee entirely.

 

Note: Deskco reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Non-qualifying items will be sent back at the customer’s expense, and a refund will not be issued. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at deskcoindia@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Returns & Refunds 

We do not accept returns for reasons other than damaged products. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for any other reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Returns are not applicable

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
